Jun 22,2015After years of a fussy missus dragging countless bottles of 'nice' water from the supermarket (we live in an area where tap water is, and tastes, hard), complaints that a cup of tea never tastes right since the filter kettle has gone, and even good instant coffee (if there is such a thing) tasting cheap - I decided that instead of getting another filter kettle, I'll get one of those filter tap thingy's - What a smart move, should have done it years ago!! Fitting is a doddle, but depending on your skill and tool set, making the hole for the tap could be a small challenge. I'm now on the first replacement filter - again so simple to change, and the re-recyclable idea makes it all the more eco-friendly. Got bad tasting tap water? - Get one of these!!

Jun 22,2015An excellent service in terms of ordering, price and delivery. Would have been 5 stars except that the new cartridge was weeping water and I couldn't remedy it. A simple phone call to Pozzani revealed that many new cartridges need the O-ring to be lubricated with Vaseline to ensure a tight fit. This worked immediately. Some people might have panicked and called a plumber. I would suggest that Pozzani print a small suggestion about lubricating it and put it in each box to avoid this happening. A simple solution!

Jun 18,2015I had a problem with one of my filters running clear. Pozzani quickly replaced it for me. I have used this company for some time and found them to be reasonably priced for a twin filter system and helpful if you have a problem, and you get nice clear water.

Jun 24,2015Very good customer service. I ordered a complete system for my new motorhome and also a ceramic filter. The system came with the recyclable filter. Before the order was despatched I received a phone call asking which filter I intended to use in the system, when I answered ceramic, they immediately swapped the recyclable one for a ceramic one. This is the second system I have used from Pozzani and have always been very pleased with it. I've used it in a motorhome with water from all over Europe and North Africa without any problems or fears of water quality. I would recommend this system to everyone.
