Mar 13,2019I am very upset with you folks. I have been trying to contact your people. I odered 199.97 worth of skin care. I have not heard anything back as I was promised a call last week. I have tracked the shipment. UPS told me that it was damaged, unable to ship.You people seem to be giving me the run around. I would just like my money refunded at this time. If I don't hear something back soon. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Sorry to have to do this. This is 200.00 of my hard earned money!

Mar 11,2019I’ve been using this moisturizer for almost four months now. I have very dry skin and using this has made made my skin feel softer and look better. I like how it makes my makeup go on smoother and my makeup doesn’t cake up on my face. I would recommend it especially for us older women who tend to have dry skin.

If tested good, she also wants to order from the same company. I notice the product expiry is pretty long 2022. This gives me peace of mind to use it at my pace though it is unlikely I will stretch that long. Thank you.

I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back, just got an email sent to me saying the product had been shipped. Super poor communication, and for such high priced items, I would expect much better service!!!!

I contacted Customer Service for Premier Dead Sea Cosmetics and Stephanie took care of everything for me and sent me the Active Nourishing Cream. She was wonderful.
