Nov 23,2017I was introduced to DS products while on a business trip and yes, the 2 ladies were very persistent..I was at like for well over an hour but by the time they realized I was smart as hell, they ended up giving me free products..lol..but the sales ladies has nothing to do with how well DS works for each individual, it simply does assist in looking younger and seeing yourself in the mirror and feeling fantastic ..and loving the skin you're in.. Nov 23,2017love your products been using them sense 2009. Now that I am older and have some other medical concerns they help even more.MY only bad thing I can say is your shipping methods have changed not for the better. the way the products were prepared for shipping was poor from past shipments. However the customer service person was very nice, and took care of my order. Also I have in past received a detaled order sheet with my order when it arrives, but I didn't get that this time either. Have good day

Nov 16,2017Although my experience at the kiosk in Fashion Valley mall in San Diego was not the best, their online customer service was really nice and helpful. Virginia did an exchange for me for a product I couldn’t use and the kiosk wouldn’t return and threw in some gifts as well. Thank you!

Nov 01,2017MUD SOAP IS BEYOND THE BEST SOAP EVER FOR ACNE AND IRRITIBLE SKIN. USE DAY AND NIGHT EVEN WHEN YOU ARE SO TIRED , JUST GO WASH YOUR FACE, WITH DEAD SEA MINERAL MUD SOAP. Within 2 days you will and look so much better, I have tried everything and nothing worked. I have tried skin care lines which cost me $200 a month and never had promising results,

Called the stated phone number and get only voice messages of "Sorry I am unavailable....." regardless of which department I tried. No one calls you back, no one answers a phone, no one exists...... How does one manage a situation when you have no one to speak to??? Then they have the nerve to post and boast of their highest level of customer service!! I think there is a blatant level of dishonesty in that statement!!

I have tried in every way, in every venue, phone calls, direct email, and through their web mail to gain contact with them--to no avail. I have no choice but to contact my bank and possibly the Better Business Bureau. I truly believed this was the real site for Premier, it obviously is not.

Specifically, benefits and applications. The information printed on the item containers is incomplete and difficult to read. I needed to return to the website to get the details. Thank you.
