After using these two products for an extended period of time, I haven't noticed any improvement. It is unfortunate that Premier Dead Sea doesn't have a 30 day return policy for used items.

Jan 24,2018I have used Premier Dead Sea products for about 2 Years. I do love many of their products even though I think they are a bit overpriced. Well, my experience ordering online hasn’t been the best. I placed my first order, and their website wouldn’t allowed me to enter the shipping address which was different from the billing address( I didn’t realize this had happened); but when I placed my order I noticed it. I call customer service right away, and no one answer the phone. I attempted to speak to someone the next day, and no luck. I left several voicemails, then two days later I received an email that my stuff had been shipped. Well, I had to stay home to wait for my delivery because my mailbox is very small and I didn’t feel okay to leave at the doorstep of my apartment since the products are so expensive. Maybe a week after is when I received a phone call asking how they could help me. I thought okay everything was fine, maybe they were suppers busy. Then, recently I placed another order and the same thing happened with the shipping and billing address. I call, and they didn’t call me back until a week after my products had been delivered.Also they didn’t double my order as it was advertised when I ordered. They did double one product, but not my whole order. I have been to their store in NYC that’s where I live, but they do try to sell you as many products as they can. As I said, they do have good products, but I’m going to look around for something else since their customer service is pretty bad, and their products are overpriced. If you have the extra money and you don’t need to used online services some of their products are good.

Mar 05,2018Great customer service, I had a not so pleasant experience from a 3rd party who was not directly with this company. Not realising that, I made a complaint about the issue and was asvised about that. Even though it was not the main companies problem they offered to let the owner of that store know the issue as well as sent me a free gift for the inconvenience. Just knowing the company truly cared that much means allot, so I will continue to buy from them. Great job in serving the customers.
