Jan 03,2018Placed a very significant order on 23 December 2017. Paid for FedEx 2nd day shipping. As of 3 January 2018 I have not received the product. Nor after 4 phone calls to customer service have I received a response. This is unacceptable service regardless of how good the product might be.

Dec 30,2017Update: Virginia in Customer Support was very responsive to messages and facilitated the replacement of one of my expired products. I appreciate her assistance very much and would give five stars based on only my experience with her, but zero for my experience with the reseller (average: 3 stars, through no fault of Virginia's). I would recommend only purchasing from the official website, and not from any reseller, as the products clearly are not held to the same quality standards as through the official website. (Original review) I purchased a large package of products (approx $500 USD) at a once-per-year holiday show which does not have a permanent brick-and-mortar location. When I got home and opened the products, two of them were expired and one actually had mold growing on it. I tried contacting Premier Dead Sea through the website and was told I had to contact the actual seller from the market. There is NO contact information with or on the products except for the Premier Dead Sea website. When I noted this, I was told there is nothing they can do. So I can’t contact the seller, and I can’t contact the manufacturer. I also tried to take advantage of the free product for answering the survey. I paid the shipping and handling for a facial moisturizer, and instead received a manicure kit. No individual was rude, but for the amount of money I spent, I expect new products or at least an effort to exchange them for new products. Instead I’m caught in a blame-game with no resolution.

Dec 30,2017I was at the mall in a hurry when a friendly young man asked if I had dry skin. I thought ok I will give him 1 minute he was nice. He took me to the kiosk and showed me a hand scrub followed with lotion. It was ok except for the scent. He said this is $300.00 each but for today I can give this to you for a special price. Your nails let me show you this proprietary formula. It was nice except for the scent. He said I can give you products for free just for buying others these are the best products around. Then came the black cream you remove with the magnet. He was moving so fast with products that had no price on them. I told him I had bad migraines and from the scent of the products, I was getting a bad one. How can I deny myself these products he said. By then my head was pounding and nausea had set in. I have debilitating migraines and I was going down fast. I had to leave and he got several hundred dollars of mine. After my two-day migraine, I looked at the product all seals were broken and the product had been used. The nail kit had only two items in it. I checked the website and some of the items I have are not on there. I cannot take these back to the kiosk the receipt says NO REFUND. I have been deceived and now all I have is junk to throw away in the garbage. These people are so pushy they actually have you in a spin before you know it. Buyer Beware! It is unbelievable what they do to take your money.

Dec 27,2017These people took advantage of my 16 year old son at a kiosk in Springfield, Missouri. They sold him a ‘year’ of products for $160! Products that can be brought elsewhere much cheaper. And of course on the receipt in bold print, it says ‘no refunds’.
