The team at PPT went out of their way to help us with some time critical issues. Kind, professional and so helpful. We were very happy that our wonderful Australian agent collaborates with such a great company. According to our experience, they have our 100% recommendation.

It was such a pleasant surprise to not only learn we are receiving our puppy after a week but the day of delivery we got our new friend much earlier than expected. Dallas and Nathan were very responsive and took the time to answer any questions. Thank you all so very much!!!!

Nate and Gary, the drivers, were really great about keeping in touch with us before and during their long journey to us. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need pet transport. Mar 03,2024Our dog was collected in St Albans and delivered to us in Marbella 2.5 days later. Before the trip all our documentation was checked for accuracy and we were requested to get the microchip checked which we did. We had regular updates through out his journey including videos which showed a very happy relaxed dog. I would 100% recommend this transport company for their professionalism and caring attitude and would definitely use their services again if needed.

Our international journey began in PHX, AZ USA with door to door service arranged by PetsFly.com, Then Frankfurt, then Valencia where Premier Pet Travel delivered the last leg of trip to our door in Valencia, Spain. Premier was very communicative, friendly and quick to respond vis Whatsapp. Couldn't ask for a better service -but honestly that was to be expected bc it was super expensive for us from the start. A once in a lifetime experience for us, well done, highly recommend!

Frank our 7 month old Staffy, arrived in Ronda, Spain from Manchester cheerful, full of beans and his happy self. Videos sent to us en route were great. I would recommend Premier Pet Travel to anyone.

They helped me transporting my two border collies from Seville (Spain) to Virginia (US). I will definitely rely on them again when I get back to Spain.
