Once the travel started they shared amazing updates of Willow and took some amazing photos of her. I couldn't recommend them enough they were that good

Feb 16,2023Premier Pet Travel kept us up to date on the status of our pets as they were traveling and waiting to clear at the airport. Once they were cleared, they delivered them to us where we were staying. Both our dog and cat were very happy to be reunited with us. Thank you for taking great care of them and insuring that they were delivered to us safe and sound.

Feb 04,2023If I could give more stars I would! They went way above and beyond in taking care of my pup, making sure I had all the correct documents and ensuring they were filled out correctly. At the end, I my pup was extremely happy and arrived safely at his destination! Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Jan 26,2023PPT took care of all the necessary details (Vets, Flights, Customs, Quarantine and paper work) for sending our two furry love ones to Australia from Spain. They sent us updates with photos and videos of our pets while in their care. Both arrived to us safe and sound, in good condition and would recommend PPT to anyone looking to send their pet overseas.

Jan 23,2023De l Espagne au Venezuela mes trois merveilleux mastiffs dont une.jeune femelle de 4 mois et un mâle de 95 kilos et une femelle de 85 kilos ont traversé par avion l ocean pour venir me rejoindre.tousles papiers ont été fournis quand a mes toutous ils ont été choyés et câlines par une super équipe.je suis infiniment reconnaissant envers Lucy pour tout le mal qu elle s.est donnée .je recommande a 1000/100 pet travel service.

Jan 19,2023Premier Pet Travel recently moved my three rather old cats (16,14, and 10 y/o) from Málaga to North Wales. I had been holding off on moving them worried that they may not make the journey. After two years of consideration I finally decided to bite the bullet, and I’m so happy I did. Premier Pet made everything so simple, I dropped them off in Alhaurin the day before their departure, they had their medical examinations done with their vet, and after two and a half days of travel I finally had my babies with me in our new home🏡 They were so great and efficient, kept me updated with pictures along the way, and somehow had them delivered to my extremely rural location without any issues before the scheduled ETA. I would recommend Premier Pet without a doubt. They have been great from start to finish. Thanks guys!

Jan 17,2023Pet travel were absolutely fantastic from the moment i called to enquire about getting our family dog millie from spain to the uk at short notice due to a family bereavement. Hannah was so helpful and when james picked millie up he also reassured us that he would take care of millie. As a family going through a hard time having such amazing help from the start just made the whole situation easier. Also thanks to lucy for sending us pictures and updates throughout the trip back was lovely seeing her so taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their pet relocated. Fantastic service!

Dec 22,2022Pet transport is a difficult juggle both for owner and business and I found this team to be excellent to help me and my dog move between spain and the UK. The rules and logistics are complex and difficult and the team made it as efficient as it could be, responding and providing support. I felt my dog (cocker spaniel) who can be quite anxious was very safe in their hands and would use this company again.

Dec 20,2022To bring a large dog, 30kg, from Ireland via air is not easy and only one airline would accept Henry - Aer Lingus Recommended by our forwarding agents, Premier Pet Travel took over. Firstly, we live near Torrevieja and the only flight available was Malaga - over 400km away. Premier Pet Travel looked after our customs affairs and then took Henry to his destination. I cannot thank Lucy and her team enough for bringing our faithful friend to his new home Thank you guys, you did great Brian and Natalya

Dec 19,2022I was so worried to ship my dog back to the states but it was our time in Spain had come to an end. Stuart was amazing and calmed me down every time I got anxious and nervous. I got pictures of my sweet fur baby along the way which made me feel a little better. Stuart did an amazing job and is the only person I would trust to ship my pets.

Dec 08,2022I just want to thank Lucy and the team at premier. They turned such a scary worrying experience into an easy non stressful process. I was extremely anxious about moving my dogs on such a long flight but Lucy put my mind at ease not only updating me throughout the flight process but helping and advising me getting everything organised before they flew. The dogs stayed over night with premier before flying the next morning. They looked so content in the photos and videos sent and made me feel so at ease. Now we’re all in our new home and settled I cannot thank them enough and couldn’t recommend them any more! Thank you so much again for everything ❤️

Dec 01,2022During the proces from booking until deliver my cat, Premier Pet travel was professional and very helpful. Even we had to deal with total different time zones Premier Pet travel was easily accessible by text messages, what really helped us! To get clear about what documents we need for the cat was hard for us, but Premier Pet travel was clear about what they needed to get the cat trough costumes in Spain. So we could deal with the other three involved companies easier. My cat looked even relaxt and good taken care of. Thank you a lot!

Hannah and Stuart are very professional but caring for the animals and I know now I don’t need to worry. It is so good to receive photos and videos of your animal during the journey.
