Oct 25,2022We having been using Premier Pet Travel 2 to 3 times a year for the last 6 years to organise flight transport for our Miniature Schnauzer from Malaga to Dublin. They run an extremely efficient and friendly service. We have never had a problem and even payment is very easy via a link. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation. They take all the stress out of flying with a dog.

Oct 20,2022While at first I was a bit hesitant about the price of shipping my cat from Spain to Ireland, the quality of service and the speed of the handlers quickly justified the price. I received fast replies and updates, and whenever I had a question no matter how strange it was answered with kindness and speed. Throughout the process of shipping my cat I felt 100% at ease, all because of the company. I’d recommend Premier Pet to everyone!

Oct 15,2022They are literally amazing. I had to change the pet transport company that I trusted and used for years. This caused me so much stress. When I found Premier Travel, they took all the worries away since the very beginning. Hannah was amazing with booking procedures, clear communication and giving us all the guidelines for paperwork. Lucy and James brought our dog home (bless them!) and Lucy was constantly updating us with photos and locations during the trip (how lovely is that!). Very professionals, caring, trustworthy, punctual, efficient, and experts! Thank you to all the team for your passion with our pets! We will definitely book again!

Oct 15,2022Our dog Maya is a rescue from Malaga and we needed to take her to England so Premier Pet Travel arranged for road transport. Lucy and James were amazing, they kept us informed of the trip the whole way whilst also sending us cute photos and videos of Maya and the other dogs! They kept us informed regarding the trip and we felt so calm and comfortable the whole time. Hannah was also great because she organised it all from the beginning and gave us all the information we needed to get started! Couldn’t recommend Premier Pet Travel more if you need transport for your pets ❤️

Our dogs Bruno and Rio has stayed with James and Lucy for over 2 years and they have travelled to 5 different countries in 3 different continents. James and Lucy from Premier Pet are the best or the best, and they actually love dogs they are animal lovers and our dogs love spending time with them. Whenever we get our dogs back they are always in best shape... Thank You Premier Pet 🙏

As an elderly, disabled, widower living alone with my cat who I found abandoned 10 years ago it was with great trepidation that I consigned him to Lucy at Premier Pet Travel in Alhaurin el Grande, the Spanish Agent for Global Pet Movement, Switzerland, for onward shipment to them in Zurich. I need not have worried. I dont think I have ever received such competent, caring, professional action for anything. Lucy called 2 days before collection to confirm appointment and time. She was punctual, knew his name, relaxed him with a cuddle before putting him in his travel box. She housed him overnight in her own cattery and sent me a video of his "room" and him feeding. In order to minimise waiting time and stress at Malaga Airport the following morning she made a separate journey to customs and state vet there with all his papers and therefore he was pre-cleared for the Zurich customs for the flight. The next morning she sent me a video of him being loaded safely. Thanks to being pre-cleared he was off the plane within 20 minutes and collected by my son. Thankyou, Lucy. They took wonderful care of our dog while we worked out the logistics, and he arrived safely to us as happy as can be. Thank you for taking great care of our dog!

Oct 03,2022I have used Premier twice to ship my dog from Spain to the USA. Lucy is an expert in pet transport. She moves so many animals to so many places that she has access to people in places and makes things happen. She provides everything and the carting and care is meticulous. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and a in part due to her love of animals and in part the sheer volume of animals she works with. In Spain, because of the heat, animal passage can be suspended at any moment. Her ability to navigate that is nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for an expert, you will find it with Premier.

Nov 16,2022La verdad es que son muy profesionales. He contactado con ellos en dos ocasiones y muy contenta con su servicio y su trato. En mi caso, era para el traslado de una gata adulta pero muy asustadiza y tenía muchos recelos para hacer el viaje, pero todo fue perfecto tanto a la ida como a la vuelta un año después. También tuve problemas con la documentación y los veterinarios, y me ayudaron en todo momento, para solucionar todo lo que pudiera ser un problema en la frontera, hablando directamente con ellos, incluso. Muy contenta y desde luego una empresa muy recomendable a todo el que necesite trasladar a su mascota.
