Brillient service from start to completion Sorted out problem with number transfer and retention of analog phones,which did not coincide with fibre installation. Open reach were late in commencing install disconncted the copper land line and to find when started ducting was blocked Pemitel arranged transfer for calls to the mobile phones in the long delay period Their telephone serivice is at a very low price with retention of existing hand sets, backed up with outstanding Customer Service Highly recommended

Affordable efficient and reliable service provided
Needed a IP phone as BT messed up my internet change to Fibre. Ordered a Yealink dect handset and base from Premitel, all configured, and used their free trial. I have to say audio is clear and better than my old landline ever was. I have now had my old number ported so back up and running with it. My emails to Stephen Killen at Premitel were all answered promptly, the order was completed with little fuss and I am impressed with the voice mail, both on the phone and by email. Have not used all the features but more than adequate for my home and business use. I will be ordering a new line very soon for my other office with Premitel as their service is superb and prices very competitive. Thank you Premitel for a simple easy transition to an IP phone service.

Very good service and no problems
Fully functional app packed with lots of features. Import mobile phone contacts, voicemail to your email, DND windows, etc. Good audio quality with no obvious delay. Only issue is I have been logged out twice without knowing and missed an important call. Possibly due to an app update from the Play Store. So remember to check after applying an update.

Making a decision to dump the incumbent telecommunications provider for broadband & phone, Premitel provided hands-on, timely, detailed guidance re their cost-efficient call provision. Enabling me to confidently keep my tel. number with them via an IP phone, over an independent & separate Full Fibre acc. 30+ months I am significantly better off.

Not only is the phone call quality of a much higher standard, but the customer service is far beyond anything I had expected or experienced. Very helpful, communicative, dynamic and resourceful. I am always thankful to have found them and will continue to recommend them.
Great company with excellent communication.
Premitel has saved my house hundreds in expensive phone taffifs. We only used the landline for cases where mobile wouldnt work and we were constanty harrasrd by sales calls. Since primitel rather than paying £20 a month we are paying £6 a month and can filter all calls so only allowed numbers get through and those we dont know must provide their ne via a voice clip where we can either accept or decline. The friendly support are quick, polite and always willing to help you with any problems or questions. Please note we have this setup using a 4G+ Simcard broadband deal and whilst they dont recommend it, i can say we have had zero problems with all calls. The bandwith required to provide voip is under 2megs so as long as your internet is 10megs or more you will be fine! Call quality is as good as if not clearer than landline calls and nobody knows the number they called is handled by VOIP.
