Sep 15,2023My daughter is starting a masters program in Edinburgh. One day after Prestige required payment in full for the new studio, they notified her that the building wasn't not ready and they would refund her rent for the delay and compensate her additionally so she could find alternate temporary housing. They are stalling in refunding her the money and no word on when she will get the added compensation. They keep asking for forms she has already filled out. The whole thing wreaks of a scam

Sep 10,2023My son vacated his room in June. 3 emails later and 10 weeks on still awaiting return of the deposit. We paid rent to the end of August. But they recently explained if I wanted my deposit back I had to claim it. Not mentioned when keys were returned when was informed the deposit would be returned when room checked. If you do not contact them you will be making a sizeable contribution to their profit as they hope you will give up trying to get your deposit back.Still awaiting an explanation as to why it still has not been returned to me.

Aug 19,2023The mgmt staff namely Satnam which assisted me who I booked the premium studio in April 2023 didn't make the booking for me nevertheless it required to paid £150 and no emails or whatsoever were send for submission for the booking. Even up todate there were no refund and no news at all and I have to cancel my recent booking.

Feb 11,2023No water, no security There was no hot water for a month due to the landlord trying to solve the water problem as much as cheaply possible and it fails to achieve so. Moreover, outsiders stole parcels from reception as there is no executive working both during working and out of working hours.

Feb 05,2023Found out my room was unavailable after the deposit was paid and agreement signed. They then refuse to refund my deposit after taking my bank details. Fraudulent company, avoid at all cost.

Jan 25,2023For the price definitely not worth it with half the facilities not working most of the time and very little action taken by the owner and site managers to get it fixed. Don’t waste your money.

Jan 25,2023No bookings available for Havannah House 23/24 with no explaination and late notice (most other accomodations in Glasgow are already booked out), with plans/expectations of rebooking my room. The rooms are nice with good facilities and friendly staff but the parent company (Prestige Student?) is seriously slacking.

Jan 25,2023Everything is great from cleanness of the accommodation, location, and management/ front desk but there is too many reasons to enter our rooms which though some are understandable for maintenance and other relevant checks but the viewings and constant inspections raises privacy concerns for us tenants it would be fair if some of these were done at the same time rather than in different times which makes us have privacy concerns,,

Jan 24,2023When I first arrived I felt like the studio was much smaller than advertised as well as the gym. The sky lounge is great but is almost always dirty because of the weekend parties and the drunkies which is a shame. Staff are really nice. No smoking policy is bs because I can see many students smoking in the courtyard and although under surveillance, nothing is done to stop it. Tv, wifi, microwave oven, electric stove, AC, are all great. Bathroom is too small in my opinion. Security is fine but sometimes there are flyers slid under doors probably from people who got in from outside. Prices are very high though and no flexibility in some room bookings (must book 52 weeks minimum). Overall it’s modern but has its problems as well.

Jan 24,2023So bad , we didn’t have hot water for a whole month and they did nothing the landlord is selfish and does not care one bit . Do not waste your money , nothing prestige about this company I feel bad for the front of house staff there actually kind , the company on the other hand should be shut down .

Jan 24,2023I like it very muchhhhh! The facility is new (especially the bathroom) and the staff are very friendly and funny! Living there is very convenient to go to the city centre and bus stops. I strongly recommend it

Jan 24,2023Its a rip off. all the room doors slam instead of shutting slowly. they dont supply essential things like vacuum cleaners or desk laps. the rooms are tiny. the doors to the building are always broken and never working. my tap hasnt produced warm water since i joined half a year ago and despite multiple emails still havnt fixed it yet. they say theyre sending an engineer that day but of course they never come. in conclusion the price of living here is extortionate for what you get. avoid at all costs

Jan 24,2023If u could give it zero stars I would. It’s extremely disappointing with old freezing flat room which wasn’t even cleaned before I’ve moved in. The room was not the one I’ve signed up for and the tv was apparently “not meant to be in my room” so I couldn’t use it, I’ve called and visited the reception like 100 times and they always said they will send someone but no one actually came. The air conditioner was broken too making weird noises and turning off every 5 minutes and couldn’t even heat the room up. Every time I’ve had a problem the reception people said they will look into it and did nothing, not worth the money for this place and not coming for a second year.
