Prime were responsive and came out to repair our coffee machine efficiently. It was a good result.

I would give 5 start but I can’t when I received my machine I wouldn’t work properly plus I have to pay an engineer to come out and fix the problem because they only cover parts on the warranty not the labor, but I still bought a machine that didn’t even work when I received it which is not a good picture when the machine cost a lot of money.

Update 5th dec. Since the slightly flaky start, Adam has been very helpful and has been in regular contact. I have changed the review to 4 stars now. The machine did take a while to arrive but all appears fine - though after my initial test Santa took it away to hide - grrr! The lose screw issue appeared to be nothing to do with the machine. ====== Initial review:- My initial experience was let down by slow delivery and no communication whatsoever. When a week had passed and no sign of machine or any message I had to chase them. My reason for choosing prime coffee suppliers they were in the UK and the machine was in stock - or so it said. They were quite a bit dearer than other options such as coffeeitalia but I wanted a UK supplier and not risk a long wait. The machine eventually turned up about 10-12 days later but had been shipped from Italy - not UK. I then had to chase them for the coffee beans supposed to be included. The machine seems to work fine but I reported a lose screw - not sure if it had come out of this machine or just fallen into it. Prime coffee suppliers promised to check - but - i have heard nothing. Not the best of experiences and I wish I had saved the money by ordering from coffeeitalia - riskier as it seemed at the time.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment my order was placed Adam has been in constant contact, always reaching out to me to update me on my machine, going to extra trouble to source parts for me that they don’t stock, sending me coffee to sample whilst I wait for the order and so on. In a world where we have a thousand options and places where we can order from, Prime Coffee stands apart as consummate professionals who care about the customer, their experience and the end product and I consider myself blessed to have placed my order with them. I would strongly encourage anyone to look them over and drop them a message even if you don’t see the exact item you’re after.
