Feb 11,2024I ordered some compatible HP toner cartridges in December. When I found that my printer would not recognise the chips (non-HP) in the cartridges, I approached PrinterInks.com about a return and they agreed to refund me. It has taken until now to get a return arranged via Royal Mail. I have had to constantly chase for updates. They took delivery of the cartridges last week but I am still chasing for a refund. I would not order from PrinterInks.com again.
