Dec 15,2023The "free gift" offered (I chose printer paper) was not sent, neither was the recycling bag for old cartridge. I was sent some photo pater, which I will never use! I contacted Printer Inks and offered to return this mistaken item. I was told that this could not be accepted and it was what I had chosen. It was not! I will not use Printerinks again - they are unreliable and have a very poor attitude to customers.
