I have used this company previously and was impressed. This time complete joke. Cartridge out of date. Asked for photo provided week ago. Told warehouse would post replacement. Despite further chase still waiting. Won’t be using them again unless they would like to show me that I should. Woeful service this time. Sort it out!

An inexperienced member of staff attempted to take my order after somewhat 30 mins and entering my credit card details several times I gave up. Later on another member of staff then took my order in approx 5 mins. Outcome ensure members of staff are fully trained.
