When I went to use the discounta few weeks later the call assistant said that it had run out of time .I said there was no mention of time in your email . This was ignored . She then quoted a price to me for a cartridge and I agree the purchase .When the bill cam through it charged £10 more than the verbal agreement with the call assistant .
