Feb 16,2025TOTAL SCAM - AVOID! I ordered 370 photo prints from this company that I paid for but never received. All attempts to get a refund failed as they are impossible to get hold of and just ignore me. This is a scam and illegal, don't buy here! They responded to my previous 2 complaints on Trustpilot promising to get in touch and resolve this but again this is total bullshit just for show as I never heard from them or got my refund.

Feb 16,2025helaas alleen maar een zeer slechte ervaring. de ontvangen copon code word door hun niet gezien idem het order nummer. als je dit dan meld aan de klantenservice wordt het alleen maar heel still. ondertussen komt de geldigheidsdatum steeds dichterbij.

Feb 16,2025My 40x30 canvas arrived early, and in perfect shape, the shipping packing was very secure, canvas wrapped in plastic and the box was sturdy and bands placed around for ease of carrying. I would recommend using Printer Pix.

Feb 16,2025It was delivered to wrong address. How could this have happened. The shipping email shows correct address so how did it get delivered to an old previous used address? I no longer live in Martinsville so whoever got this package will likely not return it. So when will I get my blanket delivered to the correct address.

Feb 15,2025BEWARE OF MARKETING THAT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE......My son used the recent "FREE A4 Hardcover Photo book for delivery only cost of £8.99" and after spending time creating the book, at checkout it came to £25. Have no idea what went wrong, what was added on, or mis-represented but he'd spent so long on it I couldn't turn around and say he's not having it, so was forced to pay it. WILL NOT USE AGAIN UNLESS THIS IS SORTED OUT.

Feb 15,2025Super upset that my package was supposed to be delivered today and I received an email last night saying it was shipped. Sooo…definitely not getting my package in time for Valentine’s Day. It seems that the only way you’ll get your package is if you add the 5.99 “go to front of the line” option plus an additional fee to expedite it. Normal shipping date is definitely NOT accurate.

Feb 15,2025I left a 1 star review detailing how I was double charged and items were missing. Someone replied advising me I'd be contacted soon but after 4 days still no contact or refund of double charges or refund for missing item. APPALLING. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.

Feb 15,2025Production took longer than what is advertised on website and did not arrive on time and when I needed it for (February 14th). There website will randomly change the "date and info" on tracking but not even send an email. February 10th it stated my order was almost completed and has been that way since Monday and now all of a sudden on the 14th it shows an update for February 11th (the 10th date is gone now). Just all seems fishy. Hope when the book does arrive, that it makes up for the delay. Defeated the entire purpose for my surprise gift. Don't advertise "ARRIVE BEFORE VALENTINES DAY" and not meet that expectation.

Feb 15,2025I ordered the 11" x 8.5" Soft Cover Book (20 pages) and carefully designed each page of the book. But in the final product, the designs are missing from a lot of pages, they are just straight up blank pages.

Feb 17,2025He comprado un cupón por dos álbumes de 40 páginas, no consigo canjearlo, me da no válido y sin embargo me envían correo diciendo que mi cupón caduca en breve, envié correo solicitando asistencia y no recibo respuesta. Es una vergüenza, no volveré a comprarles en mi vida y procuraré prevenir a toda la gente que pueda. Estoy indignada.
