Apr 15,2018Fantastic service! First time I have ordered NCR Pads and was nervous due to price. A representative named James contacted me a few days after I had placed my order, with a proof of both designs. James walked me through all designs and any changes or advice he had. After a few emails back and forth (all within 10 mins), I had confirmed that I was happy to be sent to print. James then informed me that they would be delivered by early part next week (this is on the Tuesday that he tells me). On the Friday of the same week, I came home to find them delivered. Packaging was superb and care had been taken to fully protect pads in transit. Overall 10/10 for service from beginning to end, definitely ordering from here again! Truly commend James’ customer service, top bloke!
