Also I made an error when ordering - again a couple more email exchanges required to rectify...all beautifully willingly and cheerfully done without the slightest hint that I was daft (and I was!). Completely happy with teh carbonless copy result which arrived on time and was the cheapest online quote that I'd found (albeit I didn't look past P1 of a Google search). Very happy and would absolutely go back.
