Oct 04,2018The original proof for our invoices was very poor with mistakes. Could not reply to their email but no problem with any other email address. Rang and explained what I wanted them to do to improve the proof and they insisted they send a second one, I never received it. Gave up and asked for money back. They were a awkward at first but in the end refunded me in full. Not a good experience.
