Project Destined, founded by a former Carlyle Group executive, has partnered with 250+ leading real estate firms and 300+ universities around the country to provide diverse students with internship opportunities to explore ownership through live real estate deals. Project Destined is a unique real estate program that provides young adults from underrepresented communities with the opportunity to learn about commercial real estate through a hands-on, immersive experience. The program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation of real estate professionals by exposing them to all aspects of the industry, from property management to deal-making.

During the live sessions, lots of fantastic and insightful information is shared, making it helpful for beginners in the field. I wish there were more flexibility in the scheduling dates and times and for students to get the recorded sessions or notes in case they missed something vital or would like a reference to use in an experience or another sector.
