Jan 14,2022When I first purchased the frequency wand, it was perfect. I have only used it very few times, and now the frequency will not turn up all the way, so it is not functioning to its original capacity. I am still within my warranty period, and would love to return it for a new one, as I really enjoyed using it when it worked. Thank you, Karen Roberson

Dec 01,2021Love,love,LOVE IT!!!!!! I no longer need a face lift!! Thank you Project E Beauty! I am 50 years old and have what I call “old lady jowls” and was very self conscious about it! I wanted a facelift so badly… but it seemed so pricey and risky to have your appearance altered surgically. No need to go to drastic measures thanks to my slimming device!! I also purchased the RF wand for smaller areas and it really works!!!! Both products I purchased have given me amazing results! It has set the clock back on my face and neck! My wrinkles have diminished and I have to tell you they were really deep as I am a heavy smoker since 1986 and my loose skin under my chin is gone! I look seriously 20 years younger! I can’t wait to target other problem areas. Thank you so much for your product and such prompt professional service, God bless!

Nov 01,2021I am thrilled to bits with this wonderful little gadget. It gives my skin a wonderful glow, seems to be working on the wrinkles and the lifting of sagging jawline. I use it with the face gel and eye gel that came with it and am pleased with the effects. The warmth from the RF is very soothing and massaging. The only drawback is that some people may find the EMS a little bit stinging. But as they say no pain no gain. Personally I dislike the flashing light sequence, I find it very uncomfortable. All in all though I have no hesitation in recommending this gadget or Project E Beauty whose service is excellent

Sep 20,2021Hyaluronic acid acid serum: 2 thumbs up. I wanted to wait until I'd seen my professional Esthetician before I wrote this review. Several years back I tried a product that came with my Nuface device. It resulted in permanent damage to my neck skin, leaving it rough, discolored, and dry. The skin was left super reactive to other products or moisturizers and would itch and get irritated. A very expensive Red Algae serum did nothing. Finally I tried the Hyaluronic acid by Project E. I've been using it for about a month and my Esthetician confirmed the skin on my neck is now normal! I am super pleased with this product! It feels very gentle and nourishing on the skin.

Sep 17,2021I have been using this for a few weeks and just starting to see some improvements of my rosacea. My skin seems less oily with noticeable improvements to my pores. Overall very happy with my purchase after only a few weeks of use.

Sep 14,2021I bought the Red Led+. It worked perfectly for about 2 months and the only worked about 20% of the time. I sent it back to the company and they told me it worked fine and to review the instructions which I did. Nothing had changed in the way I’d been using it. Obviously they weren’t going to replace it or give me my money back as they said it was working fine. So I told them they could send it back to me (at my expense) and I’d try again. It stil only works intermittently. I’m not sure if their customer service are English speaking as I found it very difficult to get an answer. They’d respond to something completely different. When they’d ask me a question it was always something that I’d already told them. Very disappointing experience

Aug 27,2021Have not used it yet but going to today. I can't get the serum out of the little bottle. It is think, tried thumping it on palm of hand ,but no luck and no pump tube in bottle. Would love a bottle that works. I have read all instructions and have put it together, all lights seem significant to use.

Aug 27,2021I haven’t used my mask yet but I’m sure I’ll love it. For now I just want to say how impressed I am with how quickly my order arrived! I live in British Columbia Canada and it arrived within 5 days. I’ll definitely update my review once I’ve used the mask for a little while.

Aug 04,2021LED+ Radio Frequency Ultrasonic Slimming Therapy | Wireless RF Red LED Photon Cavitation Ultrasound Collagen Boosting Skin Firming Tightening Device Great product. I use it weekly on my legs and stomach. The results are minimal but it does work. I feel a lot tighter after using it. The device stopped working after a few months. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to replace the device. Great product and even better customer service.
