May 20,2021I ordered two items - High frequency - Galvanic I was pleased with my high frequency but my galvanic unit isn’t functioning correctly. Would like a refund but with your company you don’t make it easy to return items. I will no longer order, because I don’t want to run the risk of having another faulty item. I thought it would be easier to order directly from supplier but I know realize I should have went through Amazon, then I could have returned with no issues. I suggest creating a better return policy for your cleints. You do have some great products that are comparable to spa quality (I’m an esthetician) but I unfortunately can’t run the risk of not receiving a functioning device.

May 20,2021I am impressed! I have been using the mask daily for 10 minutes a day for almost two weeks (red lights), and I notice a difference already. Lines around my mouth and across my forehead are less defined, and my skin feels 'tighter'. I hope to be able to report back again when I use the blue lights.

May 19,2021I like the LED lights,it is work for my face special my pimple. Only one problem is the charge,when I turn the power on 5, after 15min,the charge it is very hot, I'm so worry about that it will explosion。

Apr 30,2021Terrible customer service. No phone number. Everything is just bad. Had to send multiple emails just to get my order shipped. They cancel my first order after I was charged on my PayPal then I had to email then after I made a second purchase with my credit card for them to simply ship my order. Be prepared to chase them if you simply want an order. I am still waiting on my order and will update. I hope the product is worth all this delay.

Apr 17,2021It would be great if buyers are informed or able to check whether the usual delivery/mail service is available to their country before purchasing your product. The express mail costed more than the item that i purchased from this seller and it was only after quite some time that the availability of the usual service mail was informed to me. However, im at least grateful that seller replied my emails, just that it was quite slow. The item that i purchased is great, it works just fine. I love it.

First of all, I ordered this face mask because it fits all the requirements I was looking for and also because it came with a neck mask. After about two weeks, I had a problem with the control box and contacted customer service by email late in the evening about my problem. The very next morning, I had an email from them assuring me that whatever I needed to fix the problem, they would make sure that I was completely satisfied. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the prompt and courteous way they took care of me as their customer. You don't often find this kind of service shopping on the internet. Feb 08,2021I have yet to activate my wand since I need to get rubbing alcohol and cleanse the glass first. So far I am satisfied with the packaging, I just wanted to say it is so important to read the instructions before using. There are many warnings and possible hazards, I do not mean this to scare but just to make sure everyone is smart and stays safe using this product. I hope it works well, I am very excited to use it. If it is possible to update my review after I use it then I will! I always review products like crazy before purchasing and I hate when I read reviews that are just about the product arriving and not yet being used, so I hope I can add an honest review to this comment after I use it.

Feb 04,2021Excellent products & customer services This is my first time trying project E beauty. I'm very happy with this purchase. The delivery was much faster than I expected. The LED face mask is in good quality, just a bit heavy, the mouth and nose area does not fit my small face. But it is ok as it is too big that actually can reach my neck area. I actually love it. The serums are great, fast absorption.
