Feb 18,2023okay, i think i can finally heal my skin, i have this product for 2 days now and only used it twice, i had a under the skin pimple, its almost gone, i also see that my skin is more smooth after a use, i have tried everything, diet, skincare, a derm, nothing really helped. get this product its a lot of money but really a good investment

Feb 01,2023I ordered the Luma red and blue light therapy device and while their website still lists it as available and in stock ready to ship, I got an email telling me they had processed my refund. No explanation or apology or offer of other options. You can’t trust that they actually can provide what their website offers. In my case it meant I missed the opportunity to buy a similar product elsewhere while it was on sale. They also bombard you several times a day with promotional emails, despite unticking the‘subscribe’ box.

Jan 19,2023Ordered the photon mask after seeing a girl using on Instagram and it is amazing, my skin has improved already after about 2 weeks use. Such a reasonable price, super fast delivery and a great product so far. 100% recommend! Also putting it over my tummy to help with postpartum stretch marks so a real all rounder.

Jan 06,2023Project E Beauty has excelled at Customer Service above and beyond any online website I have shopped, and I do most of my shopping online. I am an American living in a foreign country and encountered substantial financial difficulties trying to get my order past customs. When it became apparent there was no way I would be getting my order without incurring significant penalties and substantial return costs, it was decided that the order would be abandoned. Never did I think I would get a refund of any kind. However, much to my delight, they offered a partial refund at a loss to them. I have never had this happen. Customer Service stayed on top of my order and addressed all my concerns. Ariana and Kathy were awesome and worked with me from day one. Anyone looking to purchase through Project E Beauty can rest assure that they take customer service seriously and are a joy to work with. Thank you Ariana and Kathy. You guys ROCK!

Dec 31,2022Edit: 1/17/22- After some more videos, the company sent a replacement that works. Customer service was very helpful and thankfully, I did not have to send the faulty device back at my own expense. Thanks for your help! 12/30/22: I purchased the cavitation machine during black Friday and used it for the first time two days ago. I noticed that it seemed different than my other cavitation machines, so I did the water drop test. It is indeed nonfunctional. For those who are familiar, when using cavitation, the waves will cause movement and even evaporation within the water droplets. I contacted customer service and was told very obvious things such as to make sure that the device is fully charged, and don't use the device plugged in (it is rechargeable). I sent video evidence multiple times showing the non-functional device was charged and not plugged when tested. As I await a response, I am now realizing that this company charges for return shipping on faulty items, even when it is the company/manufacturer's fault. What a huge mistake it was to purchase from this company!
