Website confusing. Its American & said free worldwide shipping so i thought price was in US$ Turned out to be in GB£.

First of all I would like to give my 5 star rating for the needle-free mesotheraphy device that is absolutely a must of have! It transformed my skin completely, making it smooth, silky and vivid within couple of weeks. I am in my 40' and was looking for a while for a proper addition to my skin care, and have to say, this is it! Additional compliments I give to the Company and their extremely competent and skilful agents! I have experienced some technical issues with my device and they were wast to resolve it in a very smooth and professional manner and this not only pleased me, but gave me the confidence to continue being their client.

I love the products I ordered. Also, customer support was exceptional. They emailed me as a courtesy because I did not add my free gift at checkout and sent it to me. They also helped me with a replacement part I lost while moving. And with the shipment I had a change of address that they quickly resolved. Ces and the rest of the support team was great! I love my mask as well

I purchased LED Mask and was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I was feeling lightheaded after I used it and it hurt my eyes. On top of that it was leaving a deep dent between my eyebrows after the use. I returned it and my tracking number says they received the package a month ago. I still haven't been refunded. I emailed them a few times but every email its wait a little more, we haven't processed it yet. Like seriously? I really want my money back!

I got the argon electrodes for my high frequency device that came with neon ones (purchased elsewhere), they work well with my device. And quality is same. To soon to speak about the actual results (plus I’m slacking on frequency of use). Electrodes came very well packaged knowing how things are handled by post, I was worried.

I am still waiting on an order that I paid for 6 weeks ago. I then purchased a 2nd item and realised that I could purchase it from amazon and get next day delivery so tried to cancel it. I have heard nothing back from customer services.

I had heard great things about the mask, and bought it to control my fine lines, and improve the overall quality of my skin. I love using this mask, and I have noticed an improvement in my skin texture. I also missed the free eye cream, and was so grateful to Ces for getting in contact, and sending me the product - I hope I am as impressed with the eye cream, as I have been with the mask and customer service, I am sure i will be!

I ordered as a replacement for the wand I have. When the item arrived, it turned out that it did not fit the model I have. So I suggest you note that it does not fit all items. In general, I was also disappointed with the company's service when I contacted them and received a generic answer as if I had corresponded with a bot. Next time I will order from another company.

I have not enjoyed the mask. Contacted with customer service, I have returned PE021 on mid Aug as the mask has to plug in circuit to use. CS confirmed me that they are arranging PE706 to me after I returned PE021.However, I have not received PE706 today. Would you pls follow up the status to me?I should expected s speedy follow up but it makes me disappointed.
