Jan 15,2025What I thought was a one time report for $5 turned into $20 a month for several months! Total scam and will be disputing with my bank for fraud. **update: changed my review from one star to 3 stars. Company reached out via email with instructions for a refund and how to close account. Refund was in bank within 24 hours! Only giving 3 stars because I believe you are misled into buying a one time report and then upon checking out you automatically agree to a monthly membership thus there is no one time purchase that can be made. Also found property info not the most accurate as it doesn't show me as the owner or occupant of my home. But the company did refund my money quickly. Use at your own risk and watch your bank or credit card statements as this company got me for several months until I noticed the charge.

Jan 14,2025I was searching for a floor plan and got everything but that. I was searching for the floor plan/blueprints of our house for future planning purposes, and when I Googled how to get one, it led me to this site. I thought then that I would get what I wanted. I spent the money and got the report. The report is very extensive, but it provides everything but a floor plan. Waste of time and money.
