Mar 08,2025I KNOW without fail that I canceled my ongoing option after using the service only once. I just looked at my bank records and realized they got me for 8 x $20 charges before seeing the transaction. I didn't ask for a refund, and none was offered. What a sham!

I was surprised when a charge came through a few days later for $20 when I was under the impression it was a one time fee of $1 for the report I requested.I think it would be helpful if you made those charges more clear to the customer.

Mar 07,2025BEWARE Charged my card double charges and a 20.00 charge so many 9 and 7 dollar charges almost 100.00 in charges in all . Customer said they were refunding all charges but I still see charges. I feel like I have been stolen from am contacting my bank.
