Jan 17,2025A no-nonsense service that does what it says. Easy-to-use interface. Five stars for the solid customer service with very fast chat response that quickly resolves questions. Though the site's minimalism makes property searches (and search history) efficient, one shortcoming is the lack of ability to view your profile and account information.

Jan 16,2025The documents did not send as promised, however, I quickly got a message from Andy on the team after submitting for my documents and I asked him for help. He replied back very quickly and got a data specialist to pull the information for me within 30 minutes. Although the site glitched, I had an immediate customer service and was able to get what I needed in good timing. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Andy and Aaron for speedy and helpful service.

Jan 16,2025Paid $1 for 1 report, $20 also charged 10 days later! Apparently THEY were going to bill me $20 a month for a total of $61 for a "volume discount" I never signed up for. Googled "propertyrec.com $20" & it showed the $60 volume discount I didn't sign up for. Contacted support through propertyrecs.com that recognized me & had my name at the top of page. They promptly refunded the $20 & closed "the account & future charges". Refund should show up on my creditcard in 5-7 business days & recieved email confirmation too (1st email I've received from them!)

Jan 16,2025There were a lot of choices I could make when searching for property reports and I am glad I chose this one. They had all the information I needed and then some. And when i had a special request, they answered it right away. Everything was exactly as described which was refreshing. The plans presented were pretty simple to understand. I was pleased.

Jan 16,2025I needed to get a copy of my birth certificate (both e-version and hard copy). I never received the e-copy even after paying the $1 records fee and the information provided for hard copy was the wrong County. I was given a refund for the $1 but I really wanted the e-copy of my birth certificate which was never addressed and birth certificate reference info should have been Tipton County.
