Sep 03,2022I own a construction company and I ordered a skip on Thursday afternoon for Saturday morning. Everything was fine, took details, payment information etc. The guy confirmed it would be all booked and fine. Saturday morning comes and no skip, we called the office repetitively.. no answer. So we are on site on the job with no means to get rid of the waste! Very poor and won’t use or recommend again. Update To my above 👆🏻 There was no calls to either number or voicemails left, there was also no email sent to the email I gave. So the response from proskips about contacting us is not true. And with regards to payment declined that’s also untrue as there is and was plenty of money in our business account. It’s also 11.47 and no call like stated. If you took the details down wrong for card or contact, then ok it’s a mistake, but perhaps you need to take payment while on the phone and confirm all the details. I think instead of trying to shame or belittle me, you should learn from this mistake to do better in the future.
