Sep 02,20212nd time this year I have used proskips. Fast service. Skip delivered and I was able to keep for as long as I needed. Ronnie is excellent at organising and replying to emails. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future should I need.

Sep 02,2021Excellent service. I phoned to book a skip. I was given excellent advice, and instead of a skip, was advised that 2 men and a van would be cheaper and more efficient. Within a couple of days, two men and a van had come round to take away all my junk. The men were pleasant, helpful and efficient. I’d highly recommend Proskips.

Sep 02,2021Initial contact and booking was excellent. Happy to match the price of a cheaper competitor and arrived on time. It would have been a 5* rating however they let themselves down over collection. Arranged for the skip to be collected 4 days in advance but they never turned up on the date agreed, so we were left with a skip in our drive for our daughter birthday party! They didn’t answer the phone and couldn’t leave a message as voicemail was full.

Sep 01,2021when booking the skip. the. person at the other end of the phone was very helpful and accommodating. skip was delivered on time and to the right place, and then collected when I asked for this to happen. it was a very seamless process. I would recommend ProSkips to anyone that was looking for a skip.

Aug 04,2021Most upsetting. Ordered a skip from Proskip that arrived a day early. Was told the skip wud be collected on the Friday. Forgive my naivety but I assumed it wud be close of business. It was collected at 7:30am despite being half empty and the gardners coming in Fri am to finish off. Had to order another skip at 260 quid. Whilst well mannered on the phone this company know how to take advantage of you. Make sure you tell them to wait till your ready for your skip to be collected. When I initially complained I was offered a 20 quid reduction. A bill for over 500 quid is not fair.

Jun 17,2021Skip.was a day late and when it arrived it was the wrong type. I ordered an 8 yard skip but got an 8 yard with low ends so I couldn't fit everything it. Sent a pic and dimensions but was told it was the correct type. The driver who picked it up co formed that it was not a standard 8 yarder. Very disappointed.
