May 31,2023If there’s a 5 star review it’s because people haven’t had to contact them yet. Everything is great with prospa until you experience financial hardship and need to contact them which is near impossible, when you do get through you can’t understand the person you’re talking to. I’ve had to close my business but I’m still making my $375/week repayments, all I wanted to do was contact someone to chat about it and see if they had some sort of solution. May 26,2023You took away everything of me and my kids when i didnt even know my ex husband had borrowed off you guys and u ve put a caviet on our house. It took me 1 year to fix the damage my ex has done to the house for you to take my half of it aswell. From the bottom of my heart i wish you the same thing i have been through. As a single mum thanks to you guys i am still homeless. Its been 2 years. Before giving out money you should have asked me too if i wanted you to give that money to my ex. Do not borrow from these people they will ruin your life and make it worse than what it is.

May 22,2023Reviews are good when the loan is new. wait till you miss your repayments. In the beginning I was so happy when I applied for a $5000 small business loan and Prospa staff was wonderful and prompt with my loan. Then the pandemic hit and I suffered big loss to an extent where I had to close my business and finances went downhill. Lockdowns and everything was happening and prospa started demanding payments and I couldn't fulfil my commitments. I did not realise when I signed up with prospa, that I was signing my life away. Once the lockdown ended, does not mean that people won lottery to pay for their mortgages or loans straight away but obviously prospa took advantage of my situation and put a caveat on my house for $5000 which has now gone up to nearly $8000. Alot of people are still struggling getting back up after covid. These kind of finance companies are heartless and only help vulnerable people because they know they can put a caveat on people's property if they are struggling with payments. Now I have been trying to refinance my house so I can pay all my debts off, and I cannot do it because of the caveat. SO PLEASE THINK AND THINK HARD BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. READ THEIR FINELINES WHICH I DIDNT DO. I have never ever known any finance companies to put caveat on your property if you are going through financial hardship. I am still struggling and trying to get back up after covid and now I cant even refinance my property because of a stupid $5000 loan that I took out. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE and I am letting all the new customers know that it all feels like a blessing when you get approved, but you miss payments for some unforeseen or unexpected reason then you're done for life. I even lost my 34yr old son in law during covid and all the unexpected expenses arise where our struggle became even worst and now when I am ready to pay all my debts off, I cant and its all thanks to prospa for the caveat.
