Prospa were able to double my initial loan amount. They are great to communicate with, understanding of your business situation & you can chat to them on the phone really quickly & easily. Communication was great.spoke to a few different people as we have many directors for our company and we were all impressed with the team’s enthusiasm to help as opposed to sell a product. Astounding how quick and easy it was to have a line of credit approved.Not what I asked for but what I could afford. Such a breath of fresh air to have a lender actually look at ur position to see what I can comfortably service as opposed to selling a product or not understanding ur business. I think I found my “ forever lender”. Thank you for a seamless and quick service that saw me go from minimum in my account but thousands owed to us, us owing creditors, usual vicious circle, to within 48 hrs, I’ve paid my creditors my wages and have a healthy balance. Thanks to Prospa I don’t have to hassle my clients. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing and I know once I’m paid I can pay it off and the entire process cost me minimal for no stress. Can not recommend them higher. Usual banks take up to 30 days to approve! 48 hrs it took here. Funds avail instantly after signing. Bravo!

Dec 11,2024Found it quite confronting on a personal level this time initial conversation seemed to be positive, then it hit issues with the team who approve the loan it took a lot longer than previous experiences which we found very hard to comprehend why as we are long standing clients with an exemplary credit history with Prospa.Our account manager was amazing and continued to support our request with a positive outcome.
