Sep 28,2023As a newbie with no experience with heat presses, I moved up from a handheld heat press for hobby purposes to the Transpro Plus 16 by 20 with exchangeable platens. This was the best decision ever! With minimal assembly required, I was set up and ready to go I. No time. No more full body presses that are time consuming for me. I was able to heat press 6 sweatshirts in no time and the presets are awesome. I researched heat presses from other companies but Pro World proved to be the best choice for me. To top it off my heat press arrived within two days of ordering!! Pro world is helpful and knowledgeable. You won’t go wrong if you’re looking for quality, exceptional customer service and reliability.

Sep 26,2023Mugs came broken, reached out to customer service. Not the easiest way to resolve issue. I have a small shop and if a customer sends a photo of a broken mug I immediately send out replacements. Way too many emails exchanged to resolve. I get needing photos but I had to reach out multiple times to see what the resolution would be. Still don’t have a final answer. Will go back ordering from Coastal for my blank mugs. Saving a few dollars is not worth this.

I bought some different water bottles (in the clearance) and gifted them to some friends. They loved them, and I actually made one for myself!
