Dec 17,2022I ordered a heat press. Within a couple weeks of getting it I set it up and tried it. It would not heat up to temp. I used a very accurate thermometer. I sent multiple emails to ProWorld. It's been 11 months and still no resolve to my problem. Latest emails were sent in the last month. No answer.
