Oct 09,2022I placed my very first order last week and was very excited to get started. I spend around $85 on all of my transfers. My first transfer did not work, it did not peel and was half on half off ruining the transfer and the item (a shirt). I assumed it was my error and emailed the company asking for help. They responded with a copy of the instructions that are printed and emailed to me, which is what I follow. My email asked for " help, what might I have done wrong". I tried again with another shirt and a bag, all three transfers did the exact same thing...parts melting and others not peeling. This was not a machine error, I have not had this trouble before. Disappointed with customer service and product. I would have hoped they would have given me suggestions and offered to replace the ruined transfers (I sent pictures). There was a nice variety of transfers and great colors, I wish it would have worked out.

Oct 08,2022I've been a longtime ProWorld customer and am a fan of their products. Last week I had very poor customer service from their manager, Danielle, which would have lost me as a customer for good. She was rude, dismissive, and lacked any sort of customer empathy. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time I had experienced that level of service from her. Luckily, their CEO Matt stepped in and helped with my order. He looked into my issue to understand for himself what happened, saw the gaps in the process where it could be improved, and personally called me on his weekend to apologize and make the situation right. He also promised to use this situation as a learning experience for his team. His level of service definitely made up for the really bad service I received the day before and saved me as a customer. I do hope they use this situation as a learning experience for their team and remove Danielle from her management position until she can undergo more training and coaching in customer service skills so that we can continue to have an excellent partnership going forward.
