Nov 27,2022I never leave reviews, but I just had 10 reviews left in my page about my recent ornaments which I always purchase here. Buyer Beware!!!! The ornaments they now carry are not unisub and come in bags that say made in China. They are a lot thinner and print very dull, not vibrant at all. Even the ribbon is thin and fraying. I am beyond disappointed. I contacted ProWorld and was told that I should have noticed they aren’t the same by the product number. Which I never looked at, I trusted the quality would be top notch. Now I’m stuck with these ornaments until I receive unisub ornaments I ordered right away online and at a better price. I now realize I need to keep track of product numbers and that I will get charged a 15% restocking fee if I return these, plus shipping.

I immediately received an email letting me know how to press each item with temperature time and pressure!! Very detailed by each step. That is amazing service and just guaranteeing success of the product from the get go! I appreciate that kind of thoughtfulness! I can’t wait to have more projects to order in the new year!
