Sep 25,2024I've ordered buttons from other companies and the paper is always tearing around the folds or coming undone. I've also noticed other companies have the design rotated in all directions and sometimes the button is on so tight you can even rotate the design. These don't have that issue.. every button is level to the back closure which I love. Will be using PureButtons as my permanent manufacturer.

Sep 25,2024While I was ordering, some of the buttons were not working properly. I was trying to click "Check Out As Guest" and it took a couple minutes for the program to proceed. This also happened while I was trying to submit my payment information. Otherwise, customer service phone number is very helpful! And the pricing is more affordable than other vendors.

Sep 19,2024As usual, creating a new keychain was a breeze. My only concern is the durability of the keychains themselves. As I've shared with the company previously, the triangular ring that connects the keychain to the actual key ring opens up over time causing the plastic portion to fall off. I've had several complaints from those who have purchased the keychains from me. Still hoping the company will address this glaring flaw in an otherwise good product.
