I continue to use Pure Buttons and order thousands of magnets from them annually. We wholesale our artwork to retail stores and order 250-1,000 magnets per design each time. An average order is 3,000 to 10,000 magnets. Be prepared that every order will have rejects that should be easily picked up by production. QC is very relaxed or nonexistent. This includes smeared ink, stray ink on the design, bent corners, and massive scratches. Customer service will always help and reprint, but it is so time-intensive. I'm so tired of jumping through all the hoops with customer service to get credits that I just built the rejects into our pricing. On a recent order, I spent a lot of time sending pictures and communicating problems. (This doesn't include all my team's time going through each order to quality control everything ourselves.) Customer service is always friendly, and they said they would give me a $100 credit on a future order. That credit never showed up in my account. It is super frustrating, especially when we are doing custom client work, and they order 250 magnets but only deliver 233 when we QC the order. The good ones are good, but expect 5% of the magnets you order to be thrown out.

It's awful. I am never able to upload art. It doesn't matter what format we try. It won't allow it. So this... it's a hardship. I have to go online and order. Now I have to wait for you to email me. Then I have tell you again which graphic goes with which pin. Now I have laid my hands on this order 3 times. It's SO inefficient. Today was the day I almost took my order elsewhere. Please fix it. Like seriously fix it. Thank you, Evan. I will. This has been happening for the last three years. Our files are professionally done. It shouldn't be an issue. The issue on your site is a 403 issue, that is a permissions error from your server.

Button hardware is good. Don’t buy the rainbow film upgrade - the rainbow shimmer almost non-existent. Price point is good and the image prep is good too.

Our biggest struggle is that in ordering if you don't pick a rush printing option, you have no idea of what the timeline will be to receive your items. If I don't know the timeline for standard, I don't know if I need to rush it or not. Even an estimate or window would be better than ordering blindly and hoping for the best. Otherwise the product has always been great quality at reasonable pricing.
