Oct 11,2023Dishonest. They reset the engine warning light so as we could go for a test drive. It came on on our way home, by which time they were closed. Warranty not worth the paper it's written on.

Oct 08,2023It appears that my other review has been taken down. Bought a DS crossback. All seemed ok, paid for the car. A couple of things needed to be done and the sales person said it would be done. The aftercare is awful, really poor. A part was required for the bodywork and it took a call from me weeks later to organise it. I then get a call saying the part is in. I arrange a time to come in. When I come to the office, the part had not even been ordered. Wasted my Saturday. The after sales is dishonest. The chap who was at the desk just continued to lie to me with some rubbish about Citroen being unreliable and that was why the part wasn’t in. He said this knowing the part had not been ordered. Terrible service.
