Viewing the vehicle and checks were very professional and helpful. The whole experience was smooth and easy process very good customer care, felt well looked after and informed.

Jan 23,2025Company contacted me after I left review here and said they thought all issues were resolved . My response and still waiting for a reply 3 days later . The issues were never resolved. 1) I said in the beginning the clutch was high and was told "our mechanic said it's fine even though it was slipping and I said about the warning that came up . 2) The Eml which came up and was told it was a NOX sensor and that it was replaced to which I've found out it wasn't and that had just been mapped out ! 3) The advert stated the cambelt had been done , which it hadn't . 4) The tyres which were perished on the outside and cracking and again your mechanic said they were fine to which they were not and would have come up on the MOT at the very least as an advisory ! And the back windscreen wiper blade which was supposed to be replaced but still makes noise . I have spent £2356 sorting it out £1800 for the clutch ,flywheel , timing chain £556 for new tyres . The only thing you can do to "help" and put it right is some money back for what I've had to spend out of my own pocket .

Feb 05,2025Terrible service drove 3 hours to come view a car they stated was “perfect” opened the bonnet checked the oil cap thick layer off milky oil on the cap and tube! the wing has been crashed and re painted to a terrible standards drips in the paint everywhere!! bonnet latch was super glued on!!! Never use this terrible dealership!!!!
