Jul 23,2017I came in store to resolve an issue with a product. Initially I had an unpleasant encounter with the worker in store. They interrupted me when I was trying to speak and attempted to hand me off to an over the phone service without even a perfunctory interest in my issue. He was rude and unhelpful. I relented and spoke to the person on the phone. After discussing the issue with them, the manager was exceptionally apologetic and bent over backwards to assist me. In the end, they resolved the issue for me, but it took some work to get there.

Jul 20,2017The paperwork process needs to be updated, considering that I've been renting since I came Australia,12 years ago and never missed a payment, they shouldn't ask so many questions and papers every time I upgrade. They also should have the paperless statements option like most retailers now.
