Jul 20,2017Excellent customer service, I needed a dryer and a Dyson hand vac, was not pushed into buying the bigger more expensive products, I was asked questions about size of drying loads I have, also for the floor space and if I had animals. Both products purchased are perfect, could not be happier. Everything was explained slowly and carefully. Totally recommend Radio Rentals.

Jul 13,2017I think that the customer service while buying my new lounge was five star but I was very disappointed when the lounge was delivered to find the back of the corner piece was broken as this is a new lounge this is not good enough and on reporting it to the service department I have to wait for a technician to come and look at it
