May 24,2021The two tubs of Houmas disintegrated in the delivery box. The mystery box was a mystery. The items were securely package however the inferior food containers were not up to the task. Ramona's refunded the items along with the missing mystery box however not sure I'll be ordering direct again. This is such a shame as both my sons and I are addicted to the Jalapenos Houmas and falafels.

May 22,2021The Mystery Box is always worth purchasing. Unfortunately my family’s houmous addiction means getting it or a couple of kg of houmous from Ramona’s every few week. This week we also received two new dips, smoked salmon and artichoke and jalapeño. They were both excellent but as with the jalapeño houmous, the artichoke and jalapeño dip was 11/10.

May 22,2021I ordered a mystery box from what I believed was a 100% plant based service, as advertised on the website. Unfortunately I received two items which were made using aanimal products. The customer service team were kind enough to refund me the cost of the order (but not the cost of postage). Still, it is a shame that the values purported on the website should be undermined by producing food which is not plant based.

Apr 22,2021I regularly order falafel and Homous from Ramona. Best taste of falafel in the UK hands down! Spinach/kale falafel and Red pepper Homous are my favorite! My wife loves the Jalapeno Houmous. I usually have them next to green salad and my wife have the homous on a toast. It's healthy food and lovely taste. I always re-order right before my fridge stock finishes! :) Thank you Ramona team!
