My quote for insurance jumped up almost $30, no accidents or tickets. Every year I wait too long to look into a different insurance company. Since my new amount would have been deducted a few days into August, I didn’t have time to shop around. I did up a quote quickly through ratesdotca hoping they would get back to me by early this week. I was contacted the same day, actually within an hour of my quote. So fast I wasn’t able to speak with them. They scheduled a call back for me the next day. The advisor reviewed my new quote and matched all info. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident enough to just do the switch. I will be paying $40 less then my new quote and about $15 less then what I’m paying now. Great customer service.
