Feb 06,2025It's been weeks since they *supposedly* sent me the rebates to my checking account but neither the money arrived nor the customer service is responding to my emails and the numerous tickets I opened. Non existing support team, bad business practices. At this point I started to wonder, have I been scammed??? Will I ever get the rebates they promised???

Jan 31,2025Customer services is very slow to respond, and in most case, they never respond. It takes more than two weeks to get the funds delivered to you account. i requested pay out on 1-11-35. As of 1-31-25, I have not received it yet.

Jan 28,2025Had $247 to withdrawal. I set up the direct deposit which was supposed to take seven days, It ended up taking 20. Once I finally got the direct deposit, it was only $121 But my balance shows that I don’t have anything else to withdraw. I reached out to rebate multiple times and the auto response email said that they would get back to me within five days. It has been two weeks and still no response. Their website does not allow you to track every rebate you’ve ever done and does not let you track your account balance history and withdrawals. They have taken away any way for me to prove that they wrong to me. Awful company don’t want to use them again.

Jan 25,2025I have written 2 help desk tickets in the past couple weeks, with no response as of yet. I redeemed approximately $100 in rebates I earned through shopping for and purchasing items through links from the Rebaid site, as directed. A check was sent to my home for the full amount, which I then mobile deposited in my bank account. Several days later, I received a letter from my bank explaining that this check had been returned unpaid. I have no idea why Rebaid has not honored the rebates included in the check, but I'm afraid after this experience and no offered help to correct the issue I can no longer recommend using Rebaid. Customer Service is absent, no one responds, and the promised rebates have not been honored. Customer beware, if you have such an issue, Rebaid will not repay your money or respond to your help requests.

Jan 20,2025I have not received over $370.14 in direct deposits that show as paid in my online account. I am also missing 10 checks that shows as being sent, as long ago as Jan 6th. I submitted multiple support tickets, no response for months until last week. The response was the direct deposits were returned, but the attachment could not be opened. The bank information is correct because I did receive one pay on November 8, 2024. I have yet to receive a reply from my request to please send another attachment.

Nov 03,2024Horrible website and company , they scam you by lying and saying they mailed checks out to you only for you never to receive your money. Then I ordered merchandise from a seller, I was given the wrong merchandise, contacted customer service about the issue and they didn't even care. Don't waste your time. It's ok, I have new legit site that's way better than this one higher referral bonuses plus more!

Sep 23,2024Have been with this company for a few years, they have paid me without fail for that time, which is now over 10k over the years. With any company, I wouldn't tie up a ton of money, get paid out regularly because even billion dollar companies can fail.

Waited the time it said and wouldn't work so contacted them and get told a total dif time limit thats way further out then what it said at signing up, wait that time and try again but still recieved nothing and couldn't get proper help so had to take the loss because i was done dealing with it.
