Dec 22,2023I have been using Rebaid since 2020, and overall HAD loved the experience. My only issue is I made the error of trusting the website too much and didn't track the rebate payments closely. I saw a few reviews on here noting missing payments so decided to verify I had received the recent payments that were supposed to be sent from the rebates. Most of them hit my bank account, but a few did not. You also can't see your entire transaction history, so there is no way to know if there are more or not. I contacted support over 1.5 months ago, and I still have yet to receive any response from them - despite trying to follow-up multiple times. Rebaid is a fantastic site when it works, but after getting burned on a few things not paying out when they said it should and then not getting any follow-ups support, I'm starting to lose faith in the company. Proceed with caution is the best I can say at this point.

Nov 20,2023Rebaid is fantastic. I've gotten over $1000 worth of products thanks to this site. I've been participating for about a year and I wish that I'd found it sooner. The first time I bought something I wondered if I'd really get my money back, but I've never had the slightest problem. Most of the items are through Amazon, so it works best if you have free shipping.

Nov 19,2023Update 1/3/24: I was waiting on 3 Rebaids in December: (1 on 11/24/23, 1 on 12/10/23, 1 on 12/15/23) 12/15/23 requested ACH for all 3. 12/26/23 posted as pymt sent. (6 business days later) 01/03/24 nothing yet (10 business days since original request and 5 business days sent since posted as paid. I received my monthly check this morning and outgoing payments were posted but again, crickets from these guys. Fully expected to be paid in 2023. Updated 11/22/23: I am raising my rating from a 1-star review to 3 stars. They were very attentive when I joined up a couple months ago but then it was very difficult to get paid from 11/8/23. Even though they finally paid me on 11/21 and it posted on 11/22/23, they still never did respond to me nor sent notice of payment. I have another payment coming in December 2023 and I hope it goes much more smoothly the next time around. I will update if anything significant happens. Rebaid: If you select Direct Deposit as your rebate payment preference, your rebate payment will be sent directly to your checking account 3-4 business days after you redeem a promotion. Once sent the credit should appear on your account within 48 business hours.

Oct 23,2023Edit 2: I just went through the reviews and just WOW. Looks like I am not the only one having issues with payouts; looks like they intentionally don't send some payouts then claim that a wrong account number was provided. Please go through the reviews to see it yourself. No more Rebaid for me; there are far more reliable rebate companies who doesn't short people like Rebaid. Edit after Rebaid's reply: The issues those I wrote about are not specific to my account; providing my account username is irrelevant but which I will provide to Trustpilot if asked. Long time member here; Rebaid has good offers but payouts takes ages. 35 days for the rebates to be available for withdrawal which is understandable but another ~30 days to send payments is not acceptable. You also can't track your withdrawal requests; I believe this is intentional so they can take their sweet time with the funds. And the customer service is the worst. It takes them ~15 days to reply to messages. I am starting to lose my trust in Rebaid to be honest; hope they improve their website, payout schedule and the customer service or it's time to stop using Rebaid for me.
