Took awhile to receive the check, but it was received. Expect the purchases on Amazon, to be past the time allowed for returns. Only then will you receive the amounts promised on Rebaid.

It seems like they are taking on more and more vendors with less and less quality things for sale. I don't see many things on there that I am interested in buying anymore. When I first joined about a year ago I purchased alot of things I liked and now the quality of the items have gone south.

It sounds like some people actually get a rebate and the process works smoothly for them but for some reason there is definitely a growing group of people having a bad experience with Rebaid. I signed up and began the process for 4 rebates. Then the website said I was no longer eligible to redeem rebates with no explanation. It gave me an email address to further investigate but I emailed them five different times. They state that they usually respond within 24 hours but nearly 3 weeks later and I haven’t heard back. I’m not confident I will receive the promised rebate…. So 10 minutes after I posted this review I finally got a response! They assure me I will get my rebates and explained that my account was blocked because my rebaid email didn’t match my Amazon email (which is under my husbands email). It makes sense but just took a while to get any answers. It looks like this is just a case of really untimely customer service. I’m also wondering if I only got a response because I posted a bad review on trust pilot; maybe it just takes a squeaky wheel to get the grease.
