Since the website update I have not been able to get any of the items that I have tried. Unlike before it was about 50/50. I'm not sure why this is, but I'm loosing patience.

I didn't get a full amount on my first Rebaid because I had a difficulty with the initial process of reporting my purchase. I thought I had done everything right, but somehow my purchase didn't register correctly. I reported the problem as soon as I was aware that there _was_ a problem. The response was not encouraging. I didn't get any more information for months. Then, when a check came, it was for about 25% of the purchase, not the amount I thought I would get when I made the purchase. Although I got _something_, the entire process was frustrating and not worth it to me. I think customer service should be handled better.

I tried using them as an Amazon seller, and scheduled a strategy call for a specific time and date and never heard from them. When i never heard from them i followed with an email. Its been several days and have yet to hear back from them. That tells you all you need to know about how professional they run their business. No I'm sorry for not getting back but just silence. Not sure I would want to partner with a Company that doesn't attempt to put an effort in providing good customer experience.

It's very limited on some things that people would like to buy. I don't know why they are even posted. I know some are limited but can never be purchased.
