I have been with Rebaid for a long while. Their service is the best. Quick on rebates and offers good products. I always go here first to see what is available to buy. I check everyday because there is always something good.

I have used this site for years and LOVE it! I have always received my rebate without any issues. I had recently misplaced a check and found it and requested a new check. And I got it. I was very happy with that. I highly recommend this site!!

I enjoy finding treasures on Rebaid and sometimes I need to ask a question. They respond. Sometimes I wish it were a bit quicker, but they do respond and I can see they care.

I did not have a good experience with Rebaid, and even emailed to ask about why I was shown that rebate could be sent via PayPal, but was only given the option for a check to be mailed 4+ weeks out. That was not what the original advertising stated. My husband also participated, and left a 1 star review on Tuesday Aug 3, 2021. Following his review, the President and Founder of Rebaid contacted him on the phone to ask about the review. We had JUST received word that a close friend died unexpectedly, and my husband did not want to talk on the phone. The response to this was the President and Founder of Rebaid sending my husband a text message calling him A COWARD for not staying on the phone. This has to be some of the most inappropriate things for a business to do ever! And I will be reporting the President and Founder of Rebaid and Rebaid to the Better Business Bureau. (I was not allowed to name the President and Founder in my review, but his profile is available in LinkedIn.)

It was not made clear when I made my initial purchase that my only option for a rebate would be to have a physical paper check issued and that check would take 5 to 6 weeks to be issued and mailed to me. Had I known I would have to wait over a month for my rebate, I would not have gone ahead with the purchase. If it was made clear that my only option for a refund were a paper check and I were not feeling like I had been tricked into making a purchase with purchase without that information up front I would not be satisfied, I would just have been neutral about my experience with rebaid. We will not use the service again.
