I worked with Valentina for 6 months and can not recommend her enough! I have worked with numerous PT’s over the years but none focused so much on movement and form. I learnt something new in every session about positioning, posture, it was amazing! Valentina has so much knowledge and genuinely loves what she does. I learnt about correct form (no hunching shoulders 😂), how to breath properly during sets, how lift heavy safely so I could eventually lift on my own, all of which I have never experienced before with a PT. Every session is well planned and part of an even bigger plan to have you working towards your goals! I lost 7lbs and hit a 77.5kg deadlift! I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and learnt so much in the process! Thank you x
I’ve worked with Valentina for two years now, including throughout my second pregnancy and postnatal recovery. I’m 44 and have always trained but thanks to Valentina I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and in the best shape. Valentina’s technical knowledge is second to none, she has taught me to deadlift safely - something I’ve never done before but it’s really satisfying! She ensures you work your whole body, focusing a lot on core strength and is constantly making adjustments so you improve. She’s also really good company and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone.

I've had tips from Valentina on form in the past but not been apart of her program till this year started. I am happy I started, the program Valentina has curated for me works for the type of relationship I have with the gym and working out in general. I have a problem doing full push ups and Valentina provided the variation where I am on my knees for extra support and I am able to get through more than I have in the past. I am enjoying the journey and not putting any pressure on my self to lose x amount of weight in an unreasonable time and Valentina supports this and also pushes where there is a need. Great trainer and is so attentive to form and the whole journey, diet and movement.

I worked with Valentina for about 9 months and I can't recommend her enough. She created a plan that focused on the goals I wanted to achieve at the perfect level - not too easy or not too hard. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to injury treatment, whether it was a pre-existing condition or a fresh injury she had a broad range of tools in her arsenal to release tension, address pain or to improve my mobility. She is also a skilled Pilates instructor which is so helpful in training for someone like me who has a performing arts background and interested in conditioning and having a varied routine. And to top it all off, she is funny and has a great personality! It was a pleasure training with her.
After the birth of my second child, I had a tried a number of post natal classes before coming across Valentina. After one session I could tell that she was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping mums with post natal recovery. Valentina's knowledge and expertise extends beyond rebuilding core / pelvic floor. Her approach is much, much broader and helped me understand the importance of full body strength and mobility, particularly when lifting, carrying and feeding a baby / small child. I find that consistency is a big part for improvement and Val is key on pushing me even if I moan a lot ! She is a great encouragement.
