Valentina is a star ! She helped me restarting my active life after giving a birth . She was accommodating all my requests and helped me achieving the most I could while I was fully on a new mum :) Thank you !

I have been training with Valentina for over 3 years, she has positively changed my perspective of myself and what I am capable of achieving fitness wise. A little background story about me…like many my weight spiralled out of control after having my third child. When I finally had the courage to enter a gym and attend a fitness class I was unable to complete the workouts and I was recommended Valentina. From day 1 I knew I made the right choice she not only checked my measurements she also checked my abdomen for diastasis recti, this was something I had never known about. She is extremely knowledgeable in her expertise and this can be seen through the tailored workouts and sport massages she offers. She is also very honest and is very passionate about fitness she motivates you to be a better and healthier version of yourself. Thanks to her not only have I lost a good amount of weight the most change I am proud and thankful to her for is the strength I now possess, I am able to now complete a set of full burpees and hike for a long distance and most importantly have fun outdoors with my children without being breathless and tired! This has been the best investment I have made for myself…thank you Valentina!

Valentina is amazing. She taught me the very foundations of exercise which I have never forgotten. She ignited my confidence for exercise and helped me over come all my mental blocks when it came to general fitness, she sees everyone is an individual and offers such reassurance to those who are starting out. She has helped me find my confidence and strength and I now do not go a day without doing some form of exercise as it has become a daily habit for me . Her personalised approach and deep knowledge of fitness has continued to benefit me years later. Could not recommend anyone better. Thank you so much Val!

Reboot did exactly that: it rebooted my life. The firm but gentle support combined with detail oriented training gave me the tools to feel strong, confident and hopeful that I can achieve everything I want. Valentina is an absolute STAR. I cannot recommend her higher!!!!

I’ve been with Valentina now for well over 2 years and almost certainly wouldn’t go to the gym if it weren’t for her. She makes it bearable! I always look forward to talking to her and she knows exactly the right level and amount of work that suits and fits me, and her body-knowledge is second to none. She can also give therapeutic massages and acupuncture so has a really holistic approach, not to mention her understanding of psychology!

I used to have serious back pain due to working in an office and being generally weak without being aware of it. I trained with Valentina for about 9 months and she gave me a progressive program containing traps and deltoids activation exercises that taught them how to work properly and completely saved my back health and I haven't had such back problems since then. She completely saved my physical health.

Valentina and I have been training together for about 18 months. I have achieved training goals with her that I wouldn't have otherwise. She has a strong focus on form, to maximise the impact of a session. For example....doing a "proper" push up with Valentina is considerably more challenging than whatever id been doing for the rest of my life!!! Her knowledge and continued investment in her own learning set her apart from other trainers I've worked with. She is fantastic at flexing an exercise or explaining it a different way if I don't understand or if it's too difficult. I have previously struggled with niggling injuries. Valentina has focused on understanding and evaluating the root cause of these niggles and has suggested exercises to provide a long term recovery to these problems. This has had a very positive impact on my ability to train more frequently. I would wholeheartedly recommend Valentina to anyone looking for more structured training. The benefits go beyond the sessions alone and into ones wider training goals.

Valentina is a fantastic PT who has a diverse knowledge of different movement disciplines. She has an incredible knowledge of physiology and particularly of the female body in pregnancy and postpartum stages. Would recommend!

Valentina is a fantastic personal trainer. She has given me the confidence to go into the gym alone and use the equipment and also do workouts that are for what I need. She also gave me a meal and a routine for my gym sessions. Aside from her excellence as a trainer, as a person Valentina is so friendly and relaxed that I really enjoyed our sessions, even when they were hard and I never felt self conscious when trying something new. This isn’t always the case with trainers so I have really valued my time training with her. I would recommend Valentina as a trainer to anyone

I am not a natural gym goer however I wanted to try and improve so started seeing Valentina. Vally made training interesting and varied - which meant i developed a gym habit i wouldnt have expected to. During the couple of years I saw Valentina I saw real change in my strength and physique. Vally has a great style, adapting her approach and your workouts to suit you and your goals. She motivated me despite my moaning and was very patient and flexible along the way. She is very professional and has great attention to detail. She cares about her clients which comes across in for focus on technique and form, ensuring you exercise in a way that is safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend valentina to anyone.

Valentina is an incredibly professional and patient trainer who has helped me immensely in my fitness journey. For the past three years, I have been training remotely with Valentina by purchasing her online programs and checking in with her once a month. I trained with Valy for about 6 years in total, both in person pre-Covid and online during. What I most valued about Valentina was her dedication to supporting you to be better and her honesty. She strives to improve your form, technique and ability, not just aiming for a quick fix but thinking about long terms results. I became pregnant whilst training with Valy and she supported me through every phase, I was training with her until week 39! I can honestly say her guidance and exercising until that stage supported my swift recovery post c-section.

I have been seeing Valentina for over three years now and would throughly recommend her services. Her in-depth knowledge of physiology, holistic approach to training and dedication to finding the right programme to fit the individual makes her a stand out trainer in my book. She always goes above and beyond to try and treat any injury or niggle I am experiencing and totally understands the challenges of combining exercise and self care with being a working Mum.

I’ve been training with Val all the way through to 36 weeks pregnant. She’s was amazing at motivating me as well as listening to me - making sure I got the most out of my sessions with her. It kept me fit and mobile throughout my pregnancy. Looking forward to getting back to it once I’ve had the baby.

We got in touch with Valentina to help us get back in shape after being far too sedentary during lockdown. Our wedding was also a year away and we wanted to look our best. Valentina did x2 training sessions a week with my partner & I, and it’s the best thing we ever did. She taught us so much! Skills we’ll have for life, from the foods we needed to be eating to the best exercise routines to reach our goals. She really knows her stuff & worked hard to make sure our form was always spot on. I had also experienced a painful hip problem for many years & Valentina worked with me to address this. She realised my alignment wasn’t right when I walked & helped me correct it. I’ve not had a problem with that hip since. Honestly life changing. Our wedding happened, and I had healthily dropped 5kg, my dress fit like a glove. I felt healthy & strong. Thank you so much for everything!

I’ve started training with Valentina one year ago, 2 times a week. She is professional, supportive, positive and motivating. She has knowledge about proper form and technique, as well as how to prevent and address injuries. In fact she helped me work through frustrating knee pain using acupuncture and sports massage. She is always there for me providing guidance and support to help me reach my goals. Vale also designed an exercise program tailored to my needs even when I train on my own, adding videos to it to help me remember the exercises. I feel very comfortable working with her. I highly recommend her.
